Refund Policy

1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments for One String Songs subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your contract for payment is with Paddle; refund and withdrawal rules are set out in Paddle's legal documents, not replaced by separate rules on this page.
2. Refunds and statutory rights
Whether you may withdraw from a purchase or receive a refund depends on applicable law and Paddle's Refund Policy, which forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights, those rights apply. This page does not limit those rights.
3. How to request a refund or cancel
To withdraw, cancel a subscription, or request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the methods described in Paddle's Refund Policy, for example:
- the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction email; or
- Paddle buyer support (including the "Request refund" option where available).
Eligibility and timing are determined by Paddle in line with their policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.

If an issue cannot be resolved and may qualify for a refund under Paddle's rules (for example a material defect), Paddle describes how to involve their support in their Refund Policy.
